1. Why does one team have byes all year?

Answers

A: You have not properly made or edited STAND.TXT, and one of the teams name is misspelled. The culprits responsible for this is

• St Louis and St. Louis (notice the period)
• Cinncinatti and Cincinnati (count N's and T's)
• Assorted weird team names from fictitious leagues

A: Two ways to do this:

• Just edit the one included - or to edit this STAND.TXT file.
• Print it from the game's STANDINGS screen - make sure that the game is set up to print reports to a file.

• FBPro 98 - under options, make sure you have print to file selected
• FBPro 95/96/97 - start the game with the -F switch

• If you edit my file, all that is valid is the team name - scores, wins, divisions, etc. do not matter. Just put the teams in the proper order without rearranging the file.
